GC – Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance.
TP – Practicing what you preach gives us all a starting chance.
GC – My Subs just want me to tell them what to do and where to go.
TP – You never asked us what we want, so how would you know?
GC – Subs aren’t sophisticated. You have to meet them at their level.
TP – We want to learn! Why won’t you elevate me and the other fellows?
GC – That is need to know information, and you don’t need to know.
TP – Telling everyone everything seems like a much better way to go.
GC – If you won’t do more than what we pay for, you’re not worth what we pay you.
TP – Sorry pal, but your scope misses and poor planning just really aren’t our issue.
GC -How do you know when a sub is lying? When you see their lips move.
TP – How many different schedule versions do you run at one time, dude?
GC – Don’t you dare piss down my back and tell me it’s raining!
TP – How about you face your issues instead of just complaining!
GC – I just need you to get done, you are a dime holding up a dollar.
TP – You don’t even know what I’m doing, yet you sit there and holler?!
GC – Don’t make your poor planning MY emergency!
TP – How can you fail to see your own damn hypocrisy?!
GC – If brains were dynamite my subs couldn’t blow their nose.
TP – If kindness were gold, you GC’s couldn’t afford any clothes.
GC – That whole crew is as dumb as a box of hammers.
TP – To get our best work, how you treat us is what matters.
There were many more ideas submitted and the only reason they aren’t here is my inability to create a rhyme that made sense. I will humbly and sorrowfully admit to having said or thought many of the GC “call outs”. I can only say "I’m sorry and I am healing and I am working on being a better person."
